Where we ship: We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping cost and delivery: Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for it to update.
Lost or delayed packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always help you track a package. If your order is lost, contact us at info@edormal.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
